What’s covered
Warranty coverage generally applies to hardware faults that develop during normal use within the applicable warranty period.
Depending on the laptop and warranty supplied, this may include issues such as:
Motherboard or mainboard faults
RAM failure
SSD or storage failure
Display or internal hardware faults
Other hardware defects covered by the applicable warranty
Covered claims are assessed by our team before any repair or replacement work is carried out.
Warranty coverage does not automatically mean every hardware problem is covered. The cause of the fault and the specific warranty terms for your laptop determine eligibility.
What’s NOT covered
Warranty coverage does not normally apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors.
Liquid damage — water, coffee, drinks, or other liquids entering the laptop.
Power related damage — voltage spikes, electrical surges, or damage caused by unsuitable power equipment.
Normal wear and tear — components that naturally deteriorate through normal use may be excluded depending on the warranty terms.
Software problems — Windows issues, drivers, malware, application errors, or configuration problems are generally not hardware warranty claims.
Unauthorised repairs or modifications — opening, modifying, upgrading, or repairing the laptop through an unauthorised technician may affect warranty eligibility.
Damage caused by improper use or neglect.

How a warranty claim works
Contact Ali Laptops at +92 332 5480884 with your laptop model, invoice or order details, and a description of the problem. A short video showing the issue can also help.
We check your warranty status and the terms applicable to your specific laptop.
Our team assesses the reported problem and determines whether it appears to be a warranty covered hardware issue.
If an inspection or repair is required, we’ll explain how to bring or send the laptop to us and provide the relevant instructions.
The laptop is inspected to identify the cause of the fault. Warranty eligibility is confirmed after diagnosis where necessary.
If the issue is covered, the applicable repair or warranty resolution is arranged according to the warranty terms for your laptop.
Once the work is completed, we’ll contact you regarding collection or return of the laptop.
Out of warranty repairs
If your laptop is outside its warranty period or the reported issue is not covered by warranty, Ali Laptops can still assess the laptop for a paid repair where the required service is available.
This may include services such as:

Screen replacement

Hinge repair
Battery replacement
SSD replacement or upgrade
